On a hot Monday afternoon, I had the pleasure of taking 9 children from years 3, 4 and 5 to a cricket skills festival at Woodlands School. This was an opportunity for children to learn how to bowl, bat and field within a selection of skill-based activities and games. The sports leaders from Woodlands school ran each activity.
